We usually conduct surveys on patient experience and outcome from time to time, sometimes a few years after treatment. This can sometimes be clinic or postal questionnaires but the response is always received anonymised. We value your participation and feedback.

We also recognise that we may fall short of this aspiration from time to time. Therefore, we value your criticism to help improve our service & future patient experience. You are encouraged to inform us directly or the hospital through its established complaints procedure. Whilst we cannot promise that your requests will always be met in the manner that you expect, we would endeavour to address these concerns.
